General

Cenpos is a cloud-based payment and commerce platform for enterprise merchants. It combines in-store terminals, online checkout, virtual terminals and recurring billing into one account, so every payment lands in a single ledger.

Cenpos primarily serves automotive dealer groups, retail chains, travel and entertainment businesses, professional services firms and academic institutions, with special programs available for non-profits.

No. Cenpos is built to work alongside your existing banking relationship rather than replace it, so onboarding does not require moving your accounts.

Security & Compliance

3 questions

Yes. Cenpos maintains PCI DSS validation and applies point-to-point encryption and tokenization by default, which significantly reduces the compliance scope your own systems carry.

Card data is encrypted at the terminal and tokenized before it reaches your systems, so your network handles a token rather than a raw card number at any point.

Chargebacks appear in your Cenpos reporting dashboard with the supporting transaction details, and the support team helps you assemble and submit representment documentation within the card network deadlines.

Integration & Support

4 questions

Yes. Cenpos is designed to sit alongside the point-of-sale, dealer management or accounting systems you already run, connecting through its API rather than requiring a full system replacement.

Yes. Card-present terminals, hosted checkout pages and virtual terminals for phone orders all post to the same merchant account and the same reporting dashboard.

Cenpos monitors terminal health continuously, and support is available to troubleshoot or dispatch a replacement device so a single terminal outage does not stop a location from taking payments.

Most single-location merchants are live within two to three weeks. Multi-location or multi-vertical rollouts typically take longer, depending on how many systems need to connect.

Pricing & Billing

2 questions

Pricing is based on transaction volume, number of locations and which channels you need, such as in-person, online or recurring billing. Our sales team provides a specific quote after understanding how you currently get paid.

Yes. The Cenpos dashboard shows same-day batch and settlement status for every location, along with exportable reports that match against your general ledger.
